The UMX4 combines a classic exterior design and a very stable chassis made from massive steel. When comparing the UMX4 to the UMX2, it’s obvious that the interior has been massively redesigned to offer a better hardware compatibility. There are four dedicated installation spots for 2.5 inch SSD as well as two 3.5 inch mounting frames are readily available. Three 120 mm fans (2 x top, 1 x rear) are already preinstalled, two additional 120 mm fans can be mounted at the bottom of the case.

The inner space of the case has been divided in two, where the PSU is mounted in a separate space below the motherboard. Three 2.5 inch drives – one behind the motherboard tray, two on the PSU cover – as well as two 3.5 inch drives behind the front cover, can be mounted in the case. Three fans are already installed – one 140 mm fan underneath the top, one each 120 mm fans in the rear and on the bottom of the case. A generous cable management allows a very clean and unobtrusive installation of the cables.
