The Adata Legend 840 comes with a separate super-thin heatspreader which can help with cooling the SSD, and it’s ideal for laptops especially with tight spaces. As you can see, the SSD features 2 x ADATA 3D NAND ICs, and I’m assuming each chip has a capacity of 512GB.
Located near the M.2 interface is the Innogrit IG5220 SSD controller. For more information about this controller, please visit Innogrit’s website …here。
Installation
There was no need for me to install the included heatsreader. The ASRock Z690 Phantom Gaming-ITX/TB4 motherboard comes with a heatshield which we able to use instead.
