But I did notice that it didn’t extend out as far as other microphones on other headsets I’ve reviewed, it only came out as far as mid-cheek which I hoped wouldn’t reduce audio quality when talking with others. The Smart Remote was slightly larger than what I anticipated for a control on the set but it seemed compact enough. One thing I did think was slightly odd was that the connector was a USB cable rather than the traditional audio cords but I quickly made sense when I plugged in headset and the remote lit up.
