Lian-Li PC-K6S Chassis Review

Installation

Installation of any 3.5″ hard drive is extremely easy within the PC-K6S. Using the provided tool-less brackets, we simply slide the hard drive into place in which ever cage we desire. No screws required for this phase, check! Installation of a 2.5″ hard drive or SSD does in fact require screws, as do most chassis currently available in the market. We simply install the SSD into the supplied bracket and then slide the bracket into place either behind the motherboard tray or in one of two available locations behind the ODD cage. Done!

Cool and Collected

The PC-K6S includes two 120mm intake fans mounted on the front panel and a 120mm exhaust fan on the back panel. You can install two additional 120mm fans on the top panel, or instead mount a 240mm or 280mm radiator.

Keep it Clean and Dust Free

All fan mounts included removable and washable dust filters to reduce inevitable buildup. The motherboard tray includes large cutouts with rubber grommets for hiding cables.

Finished Looks

We then proceed to install the rest of our hardware just as we normally would, and viola! I am amazed at how clean this system looks. All that is visible are the components that a user would want to show off.

There we have it! The PC-K6S Chassis brought to us by Lian-Li! Let us cover a few final thoughts in the conclusion of our review.
